1. How do I shop online

 

Simply go to the Shop section, choose your product and add it to the Cart. Then view your Cart and complete the order, choosing the desired payment method.

 

 

2. Do you have a shop I can visit?

 

No, I don’t have a SzubiCrafts shop - all my products are available online at szubicrafts.com.

 

 

3. I didn’t receive the confirmation email.

 

Please check your spam folder first, as the emails are generated by the system automatically upon the successful processing of your order and can be flagged as spam.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, write to me using the Contact form below and I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if your order was processed correctly.

 

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

 

I accept several different payment methods: Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal. 

 

 

5. Can I pay with cash on delivery?

 

Unfortunately, this option is not available.

 

 

6. How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?

 

You can unsubscribe through the link in any of our newsletters. :)

 

 

7. How long does it take to process a refund?

 

I aim to refund you as quickly as possible when an item is returned to us. Most refunds are processed within 7-14 days of return. Depending on your bank, you may need to allow a further 1-5 days for the payment to clear.

All refunds are done using the same payment method used on the original transaction.

 

 

8. How are you reducing your carbon footprint?

 

SzubiCrafts is committed to being a responsible business and trying to reduce its environmental footprint – I am constantly working to improve processes and ways of working to help this. As a European brand, I require our products to be sent from where they are made, to the UK before

shipping to my customers. They aim to do as much of this as possible by sea to reduce the impact on the environment.

 

 

9. What are the Customers Services opening hours?

10. Do you sell patterns of your work?

 

No, I don’t sell patterns for my work. You can purchase ready-made products over HERE.

 

 

11. Do you make your products yourself?

 

Yes, all my SzubiCrafts creations are made only by me. I don’t subcontract my work.

 

 

12. Do you use organic products?

 

 

I try to use the best quality products and accessories for my crafts, certified wool and non-allergic products for my jewellery.
